*A separate ticket is required for each tent, even if using a tarp.

*Rooms allowing pets. Please refrain from use if you have allergies or are sensitive to pet odors.

《 Admission 》
● Please purchase one ticket per person. All tickets are for the full 3-day event; single-day tickets are not available.
● For U23 and Tohoku People's Ticket holders, please present a photo ID with date of birth and address at reception. If identity cannot be confirmed, the difference in price from a regular same-day ticket will be charged.
● Individuals under 18 can only enter if accompanied by a guardian. Ticket purchase is not required in this case.
● Upon ticket exchange, wristbands will be provided. Please wear them visibly until the end of the event.
● Individuals found to have entered illegally will be forcibly removed.

September 23rd (Mon): 8:00 - 18:00
《 Parking 》
● Please purchase one parking ticket per vehicle. Pre-purchased via ZAIKO: ¥2,200, on the day: ¥3,300.
● Write your name and phone number on the parking ticket and display it on the dashboard.
● Parking is only permitted in designated areas.
● For motorcycles, one parking ticket per bike is required.
● Parking hours:

September 22nd (Sun): 8:00 - 21:30
September 23rd (Mon): 8:00 - 18:00
*Entry and exit outside of reception hours is generally not allowed for the consideration of nearby residents.
*Free entry and exit are allowed within parking hours with the presentation of a parking ticket.
● Parking is not allowed after the event on September 23rd. Please retrieve your vehicle by 18:00.
● Large vehicles (over 6m in length) are not allowed to park.
● Please follow the instructions of venue staff when parking.
● For pedestrian safety, the venue operates on a one-way traffic system. Please refrain from unnecessary vehicle movement and follow staff instructions and signage.
《 Items that cannot be brought into the venue 》
● Alcohol, other prohibited items under the law such as dangerous goods, drugs, items causing inconvenience to others, or posing a risk of injury. Any such items found will be confiscated and disposed of immediately.
● If illegal items are found, they will be reported to the police and surrendered.
● Bringing in or using speakers or musical instruments that produce sound is prohibited. Please enjoy on the dance floor.
《 Venue 》
● Open fires are prohibited. Please use fire pits. Firewood is available for purchase at the venue, inquire with the accommodation center staff (reception hours: 10:00 - 20:00).
● As there are individuals sleeping at night and families with children, please be considerate and refrain from loud conversations or content that may disturb others in the tent site or accommodation facilities.
● For those wishing to extend their stay, please contact Iwakino Sato Onigajo directly. Note that rates may differ from event rates (TEL: 0246-84-2288).
《 about camp 》
● For those wishing to camp, please purchase one tent ticket per tent.
● Please display the tent ticket visibly. Staff will be conducting patrols.
● Each plot is approximately 4.5m x 4.5m. If your tent exceeds this size, please purchase additional tent tickets.
● Unload your belongings at the designated unloading area or parking lot.
● Tarpaulins are not permitted on the dance floor. Please use designated areas such as tent sites.
《 about stay 》
● Please read and follow the instructions provided upon receiving cottages or bungalows.
● Parking ticket purchase is also required for cottage or bungalow use.
● For rental items, please inquire at the accommodation center reception.
● Please take care of the keys. In the event of loss or damage, you may be charged for replacement.
《 garbage 》
● Please take your garbage with you or follow staff instructions for sorting and disposal at the garbage station.

● This event aims to be environmentally friendly. We appreciate if participants can bring reusable items to minimize waste.
《 Other Notes 》
● Discarding cigarette butts is strictly prohibited. Please use designated smoking areas or portable ashtrays.
● Pets are allowed to accompany you, but they must be leashed at all times and not brought onto the dance floor. Please ensure thorough supervision by the pet owner.
● Please manage your belongings at your own responsibility.
● Acts such as damaging natural vegetation, camping in unauthorized areas, roadside parking, or causing noise disturbances to neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night, are strictly prohibited.
● Individuals who do not follow staff instructions or engage in behavior that inconveniences other attendees will be forcibly removed from the premises. No ticket refunds will be issued in such cases.
● Please be cautious of excessive alcohol consumption leading to intoxication. Intoxicated individuals may also be forcibly removed from the premises.
● The organizers, venue, and artists are not liable for accidents, loss, theft, injury, illness, etc. While responsibility primarily lies with individuals, please consult the official bar or management headquarters if needed.
● Lost items will be collected and announced via the official bar or management headquarters, and made public on official LINE after the event.
● Do not touch the power outlets on the premises. Unauthorized access to power outlets resulting in accidents or damages may result in liability for damages.
● Filming and subsequent distribution of footage is planned at the event venue.
Please be aware that attendees may appear in the footage. We will conduct filming with consideration for the enjoyment of all attendees, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
